Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of mugensoftware.com (the "site"), operated by MUGEN. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — any engagement to design or build software for you is governed by its own written agreement, not by these terms.
What this site is
The site presents MUGEN's software engineering services and gives you a way to contact us. Its content is provided for general information. It is not professional advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship — that starts only when we both sign an agreement.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break, probe, or overload it, no scraping at abusive volume, no using it to transmit malware or unlawful content, and no misrepresenting who you are when you contact us.
Intellectual property
The MUGEN name, the 無限 mark, the logos, and the site's design, text, and code are owned by MUGEN. You may view and link to the site freely; you may not copy its branding or content for commercial use without written permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate, fast, and secure, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUGEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site — which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights under Brazilian law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) or applicable US state law.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites and uses the third-party services described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Governing law
If you access the site from Brazil, these terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of Brazil. If you access it from the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Everywhere else, Brazilian law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
